My check-in experience at Radisson ******** was smooth, and the staff at the reception were polite and cooperative. However, my overall stay was quite disappointing. Many basic amenities that were listed on MakeMyTrip were missing from the room. There was no wardrobe, no towels, no bathrobes, and no room slippers, which is unexpected from a hotel of this category. Another major issue was in-room dining. There was no proper option available, and I was informed that only buffet service was provided. This felt inconvenient, especially when I did not want a buffet. When I finally had food, it was served cold, which further added to the dissatisfaction. Additionally, I faced multiple electricity-related issues in the room. Despite calling the reception 5–6 times, the response was very slow, and someone was sent only after repeated follow-ups. Overall, while the staff tried to be helpful, the lack of basic amenities, poor service response, and dining issues did not match the standards expected from a Radisson property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

We came to Radisson at Sonmarg for our honeymoon. It was a great experience, Mr Adil was very courteous and provided us great service. Mr Khalid and his team were very polite and provided great food service in the hotel’s restaurant. The rooms were cozy and warm and all the amenities were upto the mark.
