Really loved the people of ITC kalimpong and the service all the staffs are really good helpful. The rooms and the services are really awesome. Very warm hospitality. The courtesy and readiness of the staff made the stay like a homecoming. Special mention must be made of the stellar service by Dipankar, Sneha, Suraj, Ahish, Winky, Sujan, Chef Manas, Chef Kamal, Ajay and Mr. Bera. Thank you for such a terrific stay.

Broadly the stay was fine, except issue at check out with the front staff, who clearly was undertrained and not a friendly person. Good service from the kitchen staff. But they randomly call in night informing kitchen is closing.

The stay was overall amazing. While the location and property is beautiful, what get extra points is the service. The people are friendly and helpful and always ready to lend an extra hand. Staff at the reception and housekeeping are quick and okay for any request. The staff at their restaurant Zodiac are willing to whip up anything for your kids. Deepankar, Sneha, Sanjeeta ***** with others made sure our 3 days meal went smoothly. The food tastes as good as the view. The park is safe for kids. Property and rooms are clean, well maintained and definitely a must stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was a lovely experience. The staff was very helpful in all regards. Mr. Deepankar in the dining area is an excellent person-very helpful and kind. He helped us through out our stay for kids friendly food and customised food. Thank u.

Amazing view and neatly set rooms! Pleasant weather in middle of December. Great service and staff. Hi-tea in the evening was very good and made the whole experience better.
