I wrote the comments in Chinese and I’m writing the comments in English instead. Reception Staff is very RUDE and Condescending!!! If you read all the comments especially the bad ones, they all mentioned it. There was no check-in service at all. We arrived around 4pm and the reception has already left. She left the staff in the restaurant to handle us a letter and room cards, that’s all. The reception’s attitude was awful when I had a problem with the bed size and asked her. The room was small and didn’t even provide a bottle of water. I don’t know how it’s rated a 4 star hotel. It’s barely a 3 star.
卫生很干净，房间暖气很足，离海滩超级近，停车也很方便！！！楼下的餐厅价格合适，味道也不错。
总之就是很赞！还会再来！
这次体验非常差，主要是酒店前台态度恶劣。不知道是平台的原因还是酒店的原因，本来冲1.8m大床订的，入住是个1.5m的床，酒店在一个咖啡厅上面，进去之后咖啡厅员工也啥都不说就给我们办了入住，塞了两个信封给我们，后来才明白reception在二楼，已经下班了……问停车，咖啡厅员工自然一问三不知，携程写酒店内停车其实也没有，是外面的saba公共停车酒店协议价……第二天找到reception上班了，是个岁数大的女员工，指着携程1.8m的数字给她看，她看都不看，就说不懂中文，我说这数字不是中文吧，然后她就阴阳怪气，说你懂加泰罗尼亚语吗？我说不懂，她就说那我也不懂中文……不能好好说话吗？？？以及拿数字告诉你预定和实际不符罢了，拉脸给谁看呢？？？我只是想搞明白到底是平台还是酒店的问题，摆一张臭脸毫无服务态度，也完全不站客人角度考虑问题，这家酒店房间也很小，连瓶水都不送！根本配不上四星！！！总之负分……千万别住

酒店房间设施很温馨，有很好闻的果味香薰，床榻硬软适中，来西班牙睡得最香的一晚就是这里。在酒店交停车费可以减免20%，前台工作人员热情服务周到。酒店地理位置极佳，过马路就是海滩，走路15分钟可达植物园打卡。
房间很棒！超喜欢！

这个地理位置简直绝了！我太喜欢这里的景色和酒店的整洁度了。而且交通也很方便，就在餐厅楼上，旁边就是当地超市和药店！
景色依然美得令人惊叹，真希望我能在这里多住几晚。
房间又好又干净。酒店餐厅的食物也很不错。而且离海滩特别近。
目前为止住得很开心！！老板非常友善，人很好，很甜美。
