This would’ve gotten a perfect score if it wasn’t for a few things. When I first walked in the room was so spacious and it seemed like they thought of everything! But, then I walked into bathroom…. This is where I realized it lacked any type of cleaning and upkeep. There was hair in the shower and mildew/mold or whatever you want to call it all over the shower. Then when I went to the sink there was toothpaste all over the walls behind the sink. Hotels need to implement quarterly deep cleaning/ up keep. So after this I was bummed because the room itself seemed to be excellent. Well breakfast rolled around and first, it was 10-15 minutes late being put out, not that big of a deal.. BUT, what was a big deal was a worker in the office hacking his sinuses several times while we were eating. Definitely will give this hotel chain another chance just not this particular one.

Comfy bed, just don’t look at the bathroom!
The bathroom was definitely not clean. A gum cleaner was left on the counter, whisker hairs everywhere…counter, shower, toilet. And the walls just need addressed. Stained, gross. The shower walls were dirty. The room has a sloping floor? Odd. But the bed!!! It was very comfortable! So that was a plus!

Check in was easy and staff were super friendly! There was a bunch of mold in the caulk all around the shower which made it not seem very clean and an awful smell was right at the elevators on the 3rd floor. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Best staff ever!
Our stay in that hotel sold me on Home2. We extended our trip went into Amarillo.And stayed one more night at a home too because of our stay in El Reno.
Staff was the absolute best!!!!

The staff were phenomenal, especially the house keeper. Pillows are flat, shower pressure was low, soap did not lather well, caulking in shower needs to be stripped and redone.
I'm sure the patio and lot are more clean when construction works are not staying. They left their messes everywhere.
