Very nice property. However, parking is tight and crowded. Cars overwhelm the space. Also, the view out my window was the stairway. Noise from up and down the stairs. I'd say it was one of the worst views in the hotel...was that because I got a really low rate on Expedia...hmmm

Has a great old classic with new vibe with everything retro but new. Great room and you can walk to so many things. Gotta stay the weekend to experience the little parties they do.

Shower was mostly clean however there was some soap scum left over from previous tenants, I also HATE that the bathroom door just slides over the opening but the sides are still open so you can hear EVERYTHING in the bathroom, also, the mattress was so hard that I woke up crying in pain because of my back (and that’s coming from someone who occasionally sleeps in the floor at home). Love the soaps/bodywash/hair products

Did use the hot tub. Room was clean. House keeping never once came in our room. Stayed 4 nights. No fresh towels, no one cleaned the the room. No replacement of kleenex, toilet paper. Was done by 2:30, so the next day we stayed gone til 4pm. Still no housekeeping

The floor of the room we stayed in was filthy. I have photos to show it. We were there for six days. We called and asked that the floor be mopped and cleaned. After the first evening. We made our own beds because housekeeping would not show up until 3 to 4 in the afternoon. We asked for clean bed linens because the ones on one of the beds were dirty. The linens were never changed. We had to empty our own waste bins daily and beg housekeeping for towels and wash cloths daily or they were not replaced. We had a ground floor room and multiple times had to park up near the street and walk back and forth to our car cause there is not enough parking and no assigned parking. The only option if you found a parking spot near your room was to stay parked and walk or take the trolly because as soon as you moved someone else would grab your spot. I will certainly not stay there in the future. There are cleaner rooms with convenient parking that are much more reasonably priced.

Going way back
Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Decor has a great vibe in both lobby and guest room. Pool is way beyond your normal hotel pool; with giant chair loungers to gazebos, to pool side food and drinks. There is also a large hot tub. Only cons were coffee was not available in the lobby and street noise was rather loud. Breakfast was good, but miss having the option to grab a quick bite; like yogurt, muffins, or fruit. After all is said and done, We Will definitely be back!

Workers were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast should be a simple buffet style so you can eat quickly especially when the hotel is booked. There is no way to feed everyone efficiently. We only got one breakfast because the wait was so long. It was not the workers fault. It was the system management had in place.
