The hotel in general was quite nice. Our check in was less than satisfactory as we booked a king room, but was told that ******* made a mistake and there wasn't a king available...their website also showed one available. Needless to say we had to accept a alternate room. The beds were good, bathroom floor in room 626 was very dirty. I put towels on the floor so I wouldn't have to step on it.

This has been one of the best hotels we've stayed at. From the room, the abundance of seating on the main floor, the bar and the customer service, absolutely amazing! This will be our hotel preference, for sure!

The property needs some renovation. The property doesn’t have parking so you need to do valet parking and pay $37 the night. One elevator wasn’t working. I did not use the pool area so i can’t comment on that. My room was clean. The staff was friendly but not very professional, more layback. Didn’t give map of the city or explain about amenities etc. It seems they are short staff because it takes a long time to check in/out, the continental breakfast was ok. The property has great location, close to the river walk. Tower of americas. Shopping center etc.

Very nice little rooms. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Nice shower. Didn’t like their choice of shampoo but that’s personal preference. Would stay here again.
One bad thing: Staff gave us a two queens room when we had booked a king room but we made it work.

我订了四间房，之所以付那么多钱，是因为我想放松享受住宿，中午退房，但我们很早就被吵醒了，真的超级早。我记得大概是早上7点左右，警报响了，我们一路抽烟到七楼。他们说没有火灾，但我们都有哮喘，楼上根本喘不过气来，所以不得不离开，因为楼上没有电，也没有通风设备，真是令人失望。尤其是在旅行了14个小时之后，我们真的需要休息一下。
