Food was excellent, couldn't of asked for better, great service and brilliant staff, location is beautiful and scenic, great price and beautiful rooms.

Went for the pop up burger event that the hotel hosted, lovely food and the chips were spot on, lovely outside area to sit in and relax, would highly recommend trying on the next one they do

We had a gift voucher for an afternoon tea . Given a warm welcome and sat down to a table with delicious fresh appetising assortment of sandwiches cakes and scones with cream and selection of jams , and fresh hot coffee and tea.would highly recommend.

This is the second time staying here and its the only hotel we'll use in the area now. The owners are really friendly, it has lovely views, great location, great price, beautiful clean and well decorated rooms, comfy beds and a yummy breakfast. And the resident ducks and chickens love to come and say hello. What more could you want!

This was just a little getaway for our anniversary. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a whole host of chickens and a very friendly family. The room is spacious and has a great view of the garden. The room has very large windows, so you get lots of natural light. The guestling is in a very good location as is a short drive to Hastings and a few lesser know coastal areas. Overall I would recommend this lovely hotel. I look forward to returning in the future.

I would definitely recommend this guest house. It's run by a lovely family on beautiful grounds and in a great location. The rooms are very cosy and clean and although some rooms don't have an ensuite, they do all have an allocated private bathroom very close. The complimentary continental breakfast basket was perfect for a leisurely breakfast and I'd definitely recommend the home made cake available. I especially loved watching the chickens and ducks running around. We will definitely stay here again.

The warmest most inviting guest house I've been to. With great prices to stay. Also pet friendly. The menu has a fabulous selection, and also a lovely selection of local sparkling wines and ciders. The rooms are spacious. I will be back.

Beautiful Guesthouse. Peaceful and warmly decorated. Good for a quiet get away. Not far from Hastings and Rye. Shannon and Kelly are good hosts. Our room is lovely with a vineyard view, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Cozy lounge with fireplace on at night. Highly recommended! And we will be back. Bella & Nick

Absolutely everything. The view was superb, it was peaceful, the host was extremely accommodating and friendly. We could have used a few more toiletries in our bathroom but the host was so kind feel that asking would not have been a problem. The room was spacious, very light and airy despite the temperature and eloquently decorated. The host was lovely enough that in our breakfast basket she added some gluten free items so didn't go hungry... this meant so much to me. We could have done anything during our stay, visit the chickens, ask any questions... it truly was lovely. The room was on the ground floor which was absolutely fantastic for the two of us with mobility issues, which we had forgotten to disclose. The breakfast basket was plentiful, everything provided was to perfection, the host was kind enough to include gluten free items for myself. Such a beautiful, peaceful location with the ability to totally relax.
