I booked via ******* and got confirmation. I arrived to check in around mid night and was told by the reception that they saw the booking was cancelled from their end. Took half an hour to get me a room. Was not a good experience

The room wasn’t accessible for my mom but the night shift welcome desk clerk was amazing and the younger lady at the breakfast bar and the cook were so nice and accommodating

The overnight stay was satisfactory, however, the water in our bathroom was intolerable. My wife described it as having a petroleum smell and taste , my description was more of a soapy detergent. On checkout the front desk person said they were unaware of the above and said they would “report it”. We had two glasses of water at the bar last night and neither of us noticed a taste or smell.

Perfectly located for Court!
This was a great stay! Walk out the front door and you're practically in the courthouse which is wonderful when you have court. The accommodations were great I would definitely recommend!

This is a newer hotel and it shows — everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious and stylish bathroom that feels upscale. Housekeeping keeps everything spotless, and the atmosphere throughout is fresh and welcoming.
The location is great, with several nice restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. While the hotel does offer breakfast, it’s limited and overpriced compared to the many better options within a 2-minute drive.
The only real drawback is the $15/day parking fee, which feels unnecessary given the area.
Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return. With just a few tweaks to the breakfast and parking policies, it would easily be a five-star experience.

Didn’t refresh the towels at all. Asked for new towels and took them almost 30 min to get them for us. Was placed on the first floor and asked to move to a different room because we were in a handicapped room and they were unable to accommodate a move.
