Showers leak right into the rest of the bathroom resulting in slipping while grabbing a towel. Staff was excellent though.

Hotel was nice and clean, especially lobby and Bistro area. Breakfast menu is somewhat limited. Couldn't understand why there is no shower door in the bathroom. There is a glass that is stationary on one half of the shower stall opening. As you shower, water literally splashes out on the floor and you can't do anything about it.
Overall, our experience was good.

The bed is not comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. Oh, and also, the shower needs a door - it gets so cold with only the one side glass.

I am sorry that the bed was not comfortable as our hotel has been open about two years and we are using the Marriott branded bedding. Mattresses are such as subjective area as each person likes a unique mattress type that unfortunately not all hotels can meet for every guest. The shower door situation is something that Marriott is aware of and is looking into for future builds, unfortunately, it was not a standard for us when we were building at the time. The only downside is we could hear the cars all night since the location is in a downtown area .

Place was wonderful room was beautiful only thing that i wasn't pleased withviscthe refrigerator in room is way to small barely can hold a few drinks and no food other then that the place in remarkably..from the staff to where its located...definitely would stay there again

Check in receptionist was nice and friendly. We paid for a king size bed courtyard view and got the street view. Expected a nice breakfast with table service. Was Stand in line like you’re at Starbucks. Girl at checkout was not hospitable. She did not ask how our stay was or anything…just bye. Not impressed with this Marriot.

Very clean and neat room. Nice places to dine at within walking distance. Bistro located in the hotel took an extremely long time to prepare our food and when we finally received it; it was cold…also very limited options.

I booked via ******* and got confirmation. I arrived to check in around mid night and was told by the reception that they saw the booking was cancelled from their end. Took half an hour to get me a room. Was not a good experience

地理位置绝佳。我们可以步行到所有我们最喜欢的早餐店，还能在历史悠久的广场上漫步。我们是英国人，所以只要有机会就会走路，这家酒店所在的区域步行很安全。酒店下方的停车场非常方便，我们不介意支付每晚15美元的费用，因为这很值得。万怡酒店对正在全面复兴的盖恩斯维尔市来说真是一大福音。我们非常享受在这里的四晚住宿，以后还会再来。
