Room 103 needs to be throughly clean. Bathroom was dirty, floors weren’t swept or mopped. I found some bugs on the bed. I really hope not bed bugs. The room smell swampy. The hotel looks like it needs to be deep cleaned.

Hair dryer did not work, shower water controls were messed up. The guy at the desk would not let me take my breakfast up to my room, said it was his manager's decision, I said his manager was stupid.

The beds and countertops were clean, but there were areas they could’ve used dusting, spiderwebs with spiders on the tv cord. The bottoms of the doors were pretty dirty in the bathroom. But the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good.

Booked online while driving down to Florida, checked in went to room it was filthy & the floor was soaking wet , moisture all over the walls. Went right to the front desk & canceled the reservation. Receptionist room care of it told me I wouldn’t be charged & now I’m fighting to get the charge reversed

40in to get help to check in.expedia could not get a hold of front desk either. No one avail.limited understanding.had to wait hour for manager to help

We checked in late, a few minutes before midnight.

The front desk person was friendly enough. The room AC had been turned off, so the floors were damp when we arrived, with noticeaeble sour odor. Saw a bedbug - and squashed it ! We kept the lights on through the night and left as soon as we possibly could.

The guy at the check-in was nice. Check-in was quick. Checkout was quick. The door frames were partially painted. The sheets were threadbare and blood stained. That was a bit disturbing. At breakfast when the coffee cups ran out, one of the guests asked a very disheveled worker for a coffee cup. In return he asked her, “Don’t you have any in your room?” The staff is friendly, but not professional.
