The reception was phenomenal and was treated like royalty. The customer service was the best ever. I love it there. Would recommend it to every one. Rachell is the best.

Brief New Orleans Holiday
Excellent base for all the activities we had planned in New Orleans.Lovely relaxing pool we never had any problems getting a lounger

Overall was fine, but the blankets were thin and had a hospital ER room feel and the beds were super firm and I could feel the springs. Pool and hot tub were great and the staff was amazing. Easy in and out and a gated parking lot was nice, although expensive.

Very nice place to stay
We were pleasantly surprised at our hotel. At first it was hard to tell it was our hotel because there was no sign but it had been renovated and everything was nice and clean and new. There was lots of room in our room and the people were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We were here for bowling Nationals.

Property was great and clean, suited our needs. However having to use 3 different codes to access parking, pedestrian gate and room was a bit of a hassle and the kitchen had no pots and pans and very little in the way of plates, cups and cutlery.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are nice!
The only thing missing is a few more pieces of cutlery/essentials for cooking a meal properly;) The beds are firm, so it be a game changer if you have a soft bed at home.
Overall, I would stay there again! (2 adults 4 teens)

My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again.
