我在斋浦尔的Treebo Pink City Grand酒店住过好几次。之前的经历虽然因为房间里弥漫着烟味而令人难受，但这次的经历却更加令人难受，让我感到恐惧。下班后我比平时提早回到酒店，发现房门大开。令我震惊的是，两个年轻人以清洁为借口，翻动着我橱柜里的私人物品——包括内衣。我当场抓住了他们。他们的解释是衣服“掉出来了”。衣服怎么可能从关着的橱柜里掉出来？然后他们声称自己在掸灰。有必要在有人的橱柜里掸灰吗？当我质问他们时，他们的行为极其粗鲁傲慢，让我感到不安全和被侵犯。作为一名独自旅行的女性，我希望酒店管理层能够优先考虑客人的安全，确保此类事件永远不会发生。这次经历动摇了我的信任，我再也不会向任何人推荐这家酒店了。
Good stay good hotel and rooms good hotel staff. Approach is also near by to the mall. Very good location

Service was very good . Staffs were polite. Receptionist was very welcoming but One of the 2 rooms that we booked was smelling and i asked them to change it they didn’t .

The hotel was clean but the mattress was very not good, it was not hard enough for good sleep and towels were worn out. Would give overall experience a 5 on the scale of 10

It's a good location, the service is so-so, but nothing is provided by the hotel like toiletry, dryer, bathroom slippers, and cleaning services aren't good.

The location was very good. Hotel staff was nice and didn't bother much. Room was mostly clean apart from uncleared trash bins from the previous guests stay. But overall good experience.

我是Treebo的常客，对他们的服务从未感到不满意。酒店非常优雅，干净整洁。工作人员友好又诚实。房间很宽敞。我很喜欢我的房间。
