They cleaned the room more often than they'd suggested for long stays which was nice. The main thing that I liked about this hotel was how accommodating and friendly the staff were.

This is the best value in the Kingwood area. Everything is well maintained and well kept and clean! Conveniently located and safe.

干净安全
我租的房子正在维修，所以不得不找一家酒店。这家酒店很干净，住在这里感觉很安全。我上次住的酒店不太干净，睡在那里感觉很不安全。门锁经常掉。我每晚的房费还算合理，但早餐不太好。我只吃了一次。酒店设施不错；你可以在房间里做饭，而且还有一台全尺寸的冰箱。我强烈推荐这家酒店，如果有需要，我一定会再来的。
房子很棒，员工也很棒。一位客房服务员甚至还给我们送来了一张备用床垫。我们唯一不满的是客房服务结束后没有收到干净的新床上用品。毯子上沾着化妆品，我们在床单上发现了假睫毛。客房服务员没有换新的，而是把之前的被子换回了原来的。
一晚住宿被双倍收费
总体来说，住宿体验不错。唯一的缺点是他们收取了我一晚的两倍费用，而且在我决定延迟退房时没有退还正确的金额。本来应该是50美元，但他们却收了我一晚179美元的住宿费。就因为这个原因，我不会再住这里了。除此之外，这次住宿体验还不错，总的来说，物有所值，干净整洁，值得推荐。早餐还可以。
热情周到的员工
工作人员非常热情周到。我们带着新生儿来这里参加棒球锦标赛，行程在最后一刻被更改，工作人员允许我们提前入住，之后行程又被更改，我们得以延迟退房，这让我们不必在炎热的天气里带着新生儿在户外待上几个小时，所以非常感谢这次安排。
很难找到一家不带宠物的酒店，幸好这家酒店做到了，这或许也是它如此干净的原因之一。我们入住期间遇到的酒店员工都非常友好。
