非常棒的酒店，服务周到，位置优越，环境优美，房间宽敞，餐食质量极佳。

我不喜欢你们信任酒店雇员。新年前夜，我们在酒店家庭那边拍了一张照片。我们付了现金，接待人员很有礼貌，但没有跟进我们关于没有按照承诺收到照片的投诉。我们对摄影师有了明确的判断。他们肯定知道当晚谁代表了酒店。他们一直说你没有联系电话，你好，酒店已经允许他们工作了。说是成人那边，我们拍了一张照片，付了现金，第二天就收到了。很失望，因为那是我们的一张纪念照。

工作人员的服务和友好程度都是一流的。尤其是健身教练艾哈迈德
他棒极了。酒店值得称赞。旅游很棒，有很多地方可去。一切都安排得井井有条，而且价格不贵。住宿体验很棒。
大多数工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。但是，我有一个浴缸，但是我不能使用，因为塞子没有堵住洞，让水留在浴缸里。我向工作人员报告了三次，但从来没有修好。此外，食物质量也不是很好。
