Pros:Comfortable beds, easy well lit parking, efficient staff.
Cons: Showerheads’ holes are blocked with mineral buildup causing needle-like water sensation when showering. Just awful experience. Shower heads cannot be cleaned at this point, need to be replaced ASAP for “rain flow “ feel.

The bed is nice, pillows were low quality and caused headache
The person checking us in, Sept 13th at 3pm was not friendly and I don’t know his name because h was wearing a Tagore with no name badge.
Coffee bar was nice, only offered a breakfast bar and oatmeal for the weekend and added muffins & apple for the weekdays (that was nicer).

Check in and out processes were quick. The room is clean and spacious with a kitchen, whick we didn't use. Plenty of parking. The AC unit is not too loud. A lot of restaurants around. Location is less than 30 minutes from the Boise airport.

Poor customer service
The front clerk was never at the desk. Had to come back to check in after waiting 20 minutes. Had requested bottom floor room knowing that might not be possible. I indicated that i have physical limitations. The front desk clerk put me on the top floorthe room was the farthest
away from the elevator.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel was great! The staff were always friendly and very helpful!
I had never stayed at an extended stay hotel before. It was a little different than a regular hotel in my opinion. It didn’t feel as cozy. Which is not a bad thing, I just wasn’t prepared for it!
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were clean and well cared for. It was quiet.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. The front desk people were nice enough. We just expected so much better for the money and the sign on the building which promised “premium suites”. We weren’t given a suite. No extras like lotions, etc. The smoke alarm flashed every five seconds (no exaggeration) right over the bed. It was like being treated like an unwanted guest you didn’t want to make comfortable so that they wouldn’t stay. Only coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Very austere and unfriendly. I won’t stay here again. I could’ve stayed at a Super8 and got better for less.

we left some prescriptions and jewelry in our room after checking out and they texted us and then sent it to us - that is definitely 5 star service !!!

Breakfast not breakfast.
It was a very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the room. My only thing is-the "breakfast" is not a breakfast. It is a coffee bar. I chose the hotel for the breakfast so that one meal would be out of the way. But it's not breakfast. Needs to be readdressed and not on the listing.
