The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet; however, the "continental breakfast" left much to be desired. I was expecting to see pastries, cold cereal, a waffle maker, etc. Instead, they offered leftovers from the COVID- era "breakfast to-go" bags (granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, oranges) and coffee - no fruit juice. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

They do not offer breakfast. They offer a snack. No juice/milk. Apple, granola or Nutri Grain bar and instant oatmeal. ***No protein*** Definite need before surgery and a day of fasting. Had to go out for breakfast… pay more and go elsewhere.

The room was in good condition, towels had stains on them. Another thing is I booked you guys due to having breakfast however I wouldn’t consider that breakfast

Whoever cleaned the room, forgot to supply toilet paper , shampoo and soap. No biggie. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and kind.

It was clean and good for the money. There is a surface to cook on and utensils available to use for that, as well. My reasoning for 3 stars is that they advertise a free breakfast, but there's nothing really. No milk or cereal even. It's more like a snack. Also, it was 9 am when they started knowing on doors for check out. The location is really good and the staff was great. But we did make a lot of our plans for this hotel based on the fact that there was going to be a breakfast.

Overall, we had a good experience. There was lots of parking and it felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room a little earlier. Room was clean. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with anything at all but all we needed was a wine opener that the front desk was able to lend us. We were able to watch a movie on Netflix on the TV. Upon checking out the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Regardless, we will be back.

I requested for kitchen utilities but staff didn’t deliver to the room as per stated in their terms. Staff didn’t follow up or provide the requested utensils either even if i went at the desk for it. The desk was unattended. The other staff said there’s breatkfast, the other said breakfast is whatever is in the coffee area.

Nice place to stay and sleep. Beds were too hard and breakfast is basically oatmeal and granola bars. Good place to stay and clean.
