I stayed at this property for almost a year, and everything was perfect until the private villa was taken over by the owner, and I had to move to their bungalow. Unfortunately, the way this transition was handled was disappointing. I was informed nine days before my lease ended, When they asked which bungalows I wanted to move, I chose Bungalow 1 in front of the pool (And its already clear what I choose) However, just two days before my lease ended, I was told that the room had been given to another guest. As IAM the longest-staying guest there, I expected to be prioritized, but instead, a new guest was given preference. What made it worse was that this guest was frequently noisy drinking on the balcony, playing loud music until 3 AM, and even arguing with his partner all the time, Despite these disturbances, the management still prioritized them over a loyal long-term guest. The lack of clear communication and organization was disappointing, especially from a hospitality perspective, as I have worked in the hospitality industry across the Middle East and Asia. While the property itself is great, better communication, guest prioritization, and hospitality standards would improve the overall experience.
