First I want to thanks who received my call the day busy time Last Jan 2. She gave me nice place where we place which area to accommodate my whole family. It was really great to experience I celebrate my birthday here with my family ,the oldies and teenage get there selfies walking in the morning there a lot place u will enjoy different country and kids love to enjoy swimming 5 different pool design each Country place. The best experience and enjoy relaxing with clean fresh air. And the Owner of this place i will say Wow even he didn’t know me his so kind🤗 And we will recomend this as 5star
我和我爱人去了那里。酒店位置很美，但工作人员的服务让我有点失望。他们对入住时间（下午4点）非常严格。我们从马尼拉长途跋涉而来，提前到了很久，一直在等着，所以我甚至问他们能不能让我们提前15分钟入住。他们像往常一样提供了咖啡包，但忘了提供搅拌棒，所以我不得不回到前台，因为房间里没有电话，我没法打电话。淋浴没有热水，而且水只出来一半，洗澡很不舒服。除此之外，其他都还好，我仍然认为他们还有很多地方可以改进，尤其是在客户服务方面😀肯定会推荐，并且很快会再来。
真是个让人开心的地方，我们全家都很享受这次假期。这次旅行是为了给我儿子庆祝生日，我真的非常推荐这里。一个小提示：在预订房间或甚至直接前往之前，一定要查看他们的页面公告，因为度假村可能会有团队建设等私人活动。
我预订的好像是新楼的房间，结果被安排在了主楼，房间有点小。不过除此之外，其他一切都很满意。
家庭浴室只用了一次，感觉如果能再多一间就好了！

它很有潜力，但有些区域无法使用，不是因为它尚未完工，而是他们只对私人活动开放。（Ei：Mini Japan）
员工们都很友善，但 Amare 餐厅的员工并不那么乐于助人，也不那么友好。房间很好，但有些地方不干净，尤其是游泳池，这很重要，他们应该保持干净。还有太多蚊子！他们需要做些什么。房间里的水也有问题。
但总的来说，我们住得很开心。非常适合家庭，尤其是孩子们的地方。
