Booked two king suites and were given rooms on different floors (travellling with 90 year old parents). Updates and fixes overdue: carpets were old and “bubbling up”, air conditioners were sooo noisy, pillows were hard lumps and bathroom faucet broken in one room. Did complain about the noisy air conditioners and got a polite “sorry to hear that”. Our son-in-law who also booked (room 309) actually took an audio recording of the noisy air conditioner.

Unfortunately we only have 2 king suites per floor and there were no notes that you had booked with another room so we can not guarantee that rooms are together. Our pillows are only a year old, and most people enjoy our pillows. It is also a personal preference and impossible to please everyone. Given the cool outside temperatures, guests who use the AC function on the units can experience a louder noises. The unit is 309, however was a little more then usual so we have taken out of service and will be replacing

Doors to the rooms slam shut,you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and people walking in the room above. It did quiet down between 11 and midnight. The hotel is older and needs some upgrades and repairs.No gluten-free options for breakfast that wouldn't be cross contaminated.

Took my family here for night for swimming room was spacious and quiet was a snack bar in room available for purchase we had fun in the pool with our 2 year old had a chest available at pool with life jacket’s continental breakfast was really good with waffles and eggs stay was definitely worth the price staff was very friendly and helpful

The only suggestion I would make is that the toilet in our room should be updated. It is low and especially for seniors is difficult to use. Once you get down that low, it’s difficult to get up without a hand bar to help get up.

The in hotel restaurant was excellent in both price and quality of food. All spaces were clean and in excellent shape. Small workout room, but adequate for a couple of people at a time. Pool area was clean. Staff were all friendly, it made for a good experience
