This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this property.
The breakfast is fantastic. Lots of food and lots of variety.
The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious.

Overall the stay was okay. Took my kids to play in the pool for the weekend. Pool area was alright except the chlorine smell would get so strong we were all coughing and could only spend about 20 minutes in the pool area. There was also some areas that need fixing like broken tiles and rusty dislocated railings. The hot tub was running but had a sign saying out of service use at own risk. The beds were so hard we are still stiff. The staff however were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating ! The kids enjoyed the waffle bar for breakfast. Some upgrades to the pool area and better ventilation and some less plywood feeling beds and this would’ve been fantastic !

That chlorine smell that is so strong is not because we use too much, it is the chemical reaction of the chlorine with the contaminants in the pool from people not showering before entering. That heavy smell will affect any pool. Our mattress are a standard hospitality grade mattress. A mattress comfort level is such a personal preference it is impossible to have something that would please everyone, For one it might be stiff, the next guest thinks it is a cloud. We do offer pillowtop covers as an upgrade through our early check in process.

Booked two king suites and were given rooms on different floors (travellling with 90 year old parents). Updates and fixes overdue: carpets were old and “bubbling up”, air conditioners were sooo noisy, pillows were hard lumps and bathroom faucet broken in one room. Did complain about the noisy air conditioners and got a polite “sorry to hear that”. Our son-in-law who also booked (room 309) actually took an audio recording of the noisy air conditioner.

Unfortunately we only have 2 king suites per floor and there were no notes that you had booked with another room so we can not guarantee that rooms are together. Our pillows are only a year old, and most people enjoy our pillows. It is also a personal preference and impossible to please everyone. Given the cool outside temperatures, guests who use the AC function on the units can experience a louder noises. The unit is 309, however was a little more then usual so we have taken out of service and will be replacing

It was quiet, the laundry was good, the pool was more for smaller kids but it was pretty nice

Doors to the rooms slam shut,you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and people walking in the room above. It did quiet down between 11 and midnight. The hotel is older and needs some upgrades and repairs.No gluten-free options for breakfast that wouldn't be cross contaminated.

酒店回复: Hi Mary, We do have a separate toaster we keep in our prep kitchen for the sole purpose of avoiding cross contamination for GF guests. Also, all our GF snacks are individually packaged

Not too expensive, clean and for the most part comfortable. Staff were very friendly, which always makes a postive difference.
