Booked location twice, you get what you pay for at a lower cost. Staff and management refused to help with a third booking date error and wants to charge more than the room cost to make any changes.

Informed the reception on check in day about stains on sheets in one of the rooms. They wanted to change them. Next day, sheets were changed but with sheets which also had stains
Room service skipped one room during the stay, but took care of other rooms every day.
TV’s were not working properly. Always freezing and recooping at later times.

This is a nice place. There are several homeless guys here that we need/should want to help. They are going through it hard time and ive been there

It had a nice clear room and the air conditioning worked well. It was just what we needed for our trip and we were only there one night. I would suggest that they do away with the $5/day parking fee. That seemed like an unnecessary extra.
