超乎意料的好,办理入住送了茶饮,免费升级了房型,还有提供中文服务。得知我们胃不舒服还熬粥送到房间,回房间还特意布置了房间,送了小甜品,晚上还有泡泡浴,每一位服务员都面带微笑,贴心,细心,满分了💯
非常不推荐!整个入住过程都在被区别对待
这是我住过最不舒服的一次酒店体验。
我们三个人到酒店时,朋友只是陪我们停留一下,酒店却要求 visitor 必须“上交护照”,让人非常震惊。而在当晚,一个女 staff 甚至在泳池区域直接跑来拦住我们朋友,完全不让她前往电梯。这种肢体阻拦的行为让人非常难以接受。
最离谱的是:
我们后来为了避免麻烦,多付了费用把朋友加入房间,但酒店却不查护照、不登记、不核对任何信息,与他们之前的要求自相矛盾。
整件事给人强烈的“选择性针对”和不尊重的感觉。
最后酒店经理确实向我们道歉并做了退款,但无法弥补当下的羞辱感。
整个过程中,携程客服非常给力,持续跟进并帮忙申请了补贴,值得点赞。
但这个酒店我绝不会再住,也不建议其他中国游客去住入住。歧视且不尊重我们 建议从榜单上也拿下来
这次旅行的惊喜,一半来自目的地的风景,一半来自酒店的sindee 入住作为“外语小白”,本以为沟通会是大难题,没想到sindee衔接好所有环节,从办理入住时耐心讲解设施用法,到我们提出想尝当地特色却怕踩雷时,立刻化身“美食向导”,在陌生的国度里,能遇到这样一位既专业又暖心的同胞经理,真的像找到了“临时家人”。这份特别的体验,足以让我们记住很久,下次再来,必然会带着朋友一起回访!
非常辣几的酒店,对不起一晚1800的价格,房间潮的不行,一股子霉菌潮味和臭味,空调吹出的风也是潮味的,要了一个除湿机是小米的,出来的风是臭的。床不软,被子很薄的一层,床单上还有一只死虫子,没有服务 入住要等到三点 不如我在普吉定的400一晚的酒店
房间挺大的,酒店下坡走五分钟能到卡伦海滩,只是路比较破,晚上有点吓人,下坡后往左走能到比较热闹的地方,右拐有几家餐厅。酒店有免费供客人使用的大沙滩包和人字拖,每天有四条浴巾,四条沙滩巾放在房间。酒店的spa价格2000株左右,做的不如路边小店。
第一次自由行来泰国游玩,到酒店后会有工作人员帮忙开车门,送行李,有迎宾饮料,态度友好(没有感受到区别对待),房间整洁干净比预期要好很多!前台Sindee会说中文,大大提高了沟通效率!其他人员可以靠简单的英语或翻译软件沟通!
酒店环境优美,早餐好吃且餐品丰富!
很棒的酒店!酒店区域漂亮且维护得很好,还有一个大泳池。早餐非常好,选择很多,但有时人多,需要等一下空桌。我们的房间很棒,有独立通道直通泳池。不过可能因为泳池的原因,房间里有点潮湿味,晚上不得不把通往泳池的门开着通通风。地理位置很好,步行距离内有几家经济实惠的咖啡馆和海滩。距离卡伦步行街大约15分钟路程……我们一定会再来这家酒店的……
我们一家人于9月25日至9月28日入住,酒店很棒,早餐也非常好!唯一美中不足的是,酒店旁边有条街,街上有个小商店,经常有狗在那里,其中一条狗还隔着嘴套咬了我的腿!这严重影响了我们的整体印象和整个假期的心情!
酒店整体维护得很好,服务也非常好 :)。
酒店就在海滩边上,所以我们可以和孩子们尽情地在夕阳下的海边玩耍。走到卡塔市场也挺方便的,虽然按摩店和水果摊不在酒店门口,需要走一小段路,这点有点可惜,但对我们一家来说,距离也还可以接受(得考虑到孩子们会有点抱怨哈哈)。
酒店通往海边的小路旁边有几家很棒的餐厅! (走出小巷的第二家店,他们的炸鱿鱼非常好吃!!!强烈推荐!!!)
泳池管理得很好,所有员工都非常友好。我们有东西落在了之前的酒店,一位名叫辛迪的员工帮我们解决了问题!

酒店游泳池和健身房不错,边上就有个吃海鲜的地方,出海跳岛游离码头也蛮近的,十几分钟就到了。海滩的一路上很多做MASSAGE的,体验了一次还不错。
