I really like this place. The area was quiet and everyone was friendly. I had no issues while here.

Pros: clean, spacious, feels upscale, safe area outside of Cincinnati
Cons: bathroom door slides and did not fully close so privacy may be an issue if you’re with family/friends. The pillows are also super tiny.

New Blue Ash Fan Favorite
This has become one of my favorite places to stay. I only have a few suggestions: a textured shower flooring for traction, power/usb outlets at each nightstand and possibly a separate swivel tv closer to the bed that isn’t angled for more relaxed viewing. I absolutely loved everything else about our room. The towels were plentiful, the room, furniture and fixtures were all clean. I was very pleased with the layout of the room. I loved the decorative sliding door dividing the bedroom from the bathroom. I love that we were not too far from the highway. I love the noon checkout. Jeremiah was very personable and helpful at check-in. The lobby was very inviting. Springhill Suites by Marriott has a new fan!

Our stay was amazing! The staff were all so friendly. There was a lot of people staying there and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was so good and they have snacks and other things that you can buy at other times of the day

Nice location. Front desk staff was wonderful. Pool was nice, temp was fairly nice. Very crowded during our stay as travel baseball teams were staying. Yet it was still very clean. Breakfast was good.

Our stay was short, but very nice. The room was exactly what our family of 6 needed. Clean, spacious, and affordable! It was just as advertised!
