Great stay at a great price. An easy drive to downtown or the Biltmore area. The hotel is clean, facilities are good and the service was great. The area itself isn't really walkable or glamorous and the multiple signs warning of automotive break-ins don't give a lot of confidence.

Everything was perfect except one thing The pillows are very soft. Those of us with acid reflux need to elevate our heads. Three pillows didn’t do the trick. Lovely visit except for this.

Rooms clean.. beds comfortable but not as firm as some hotels do if this is an issue just for your info..Hooks in bathroom that hotels are always lacking..good flow in rooms and space and modern decor..carpet in stairs which i rarely see and helps deaden sound from outside! Decent location if you have transportation.. William at front desk is excellent and friendly overall staff although i didnt see too many people. Lacking plant based options on breakfast..typical oats..bread..they did have oat milk though.would recomnend at least potatoes or fresh fruit(strawberries/blueberries.etc) Had apples and oranges but no bananas..

Pros -updated furnishings and amenities, nice decor in room with multiple seating options, bed was comfortable, breakfast offerings were the best I've seen, quiet - couldn't hear other guests,

这是一次愉快的住宿体验。酒店离我们计划去的餐馆很近，非常方便。床上用品很干净，我们会推荐给朋友们。
所以，这家酒店条件不错，而且非常干净。早餐区也很不错，停车场也明亮。不过，附近有个无家可归者收容所，经常会遇到一些行为古怪的无家可归者，我们倒是没遇到什么问题，但你还是会担心车里的东西。我不会再住在隧道路了，不过酒店本身很不错。
我们只能称赞这家酒店——一切都顺利完美，完全符合我们对费尔菲尔德酒店的期待！简直太棒了，强烈推荐！
