Sheets had an unclean odor. I asked the front desk clerk for coffee and she said they were out and no one could get any until housekeeping came. I thought maybe she would offer to get a coffee from vacant another room but no. I have stayed before at this hotel but I don’t recall the condition being so unkept.

I enjoy the property and staff was very helpful and friendly. I use the small kitchen but I wish there was an oven and not just a microwave oven. I was in town for Thanksgiving and I had to go to my local family home to bake off casseroles.

The people working there seemed consistently helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good - not exactly gourmet quality - but it was easy to find very tasty things. The facility overall is nice and the room is spacious and well designed. The area around the property feels safe and there is plenty of parking, but it is a row of hotels without other types of establishments within walking distance. Overall, it was a very good choice, and I'd stay there again. I knocked off a star mostly because of some minor repair issues that they should address - Our refrigerator was VERY wobbly and needs to be leveled and one cabinet was obviously broken and needed to be handled with care not to break it further.

I booked this room months in advance for a trip from MA. I confirmed weeks ahead and when we arrived after a long flight I was told we no longer had a reservation and that they had changed their policy. I chose to pay at arrival and they were now implementing paying a deposit in advance. They never called, emailed or texted asking for a deposit. They said they tried to charge a deposit but the payment was declined. I never put down a card or authorized a charge so they that was a blatant lie. I showed them my confirmation that stated I could pay at arrival and they would not honor it as they clearly had given our room away already. My family of 4 flew to Texas with nowhere to stay. I have never experienced anything like this and would highly highly recommend booking elsewhere unless you enjoy playing the game of chance. Terrible customer service!

Very rude morning front desk
The hotel tried charging my card for the stay before I arrived even though I chose the pay at the property. I then had people above me being extremely loud playing music very loud all night and very early the next morning, when I spoke to the front desk I was told nobody else complained and they would be leaving that day. They are still at the location and very loud.
