In my room . Sleeper couch was ripped . Refrigerator kept making ticking noice . Bathroom flush was slow . Garage disposal was not working properly . I think overall property needs attention to details and some upgrades

there was a smell coming from the room and the sink in the kitchen needed repairs. The rest of the room was great, service was great and breakfast was great

There was excessive mold on the AC output, the AC intake was excessively dirty and dusty, stains on bedding, dirty toilet, and a bug in the nightstand. Asked for a refund but was told no because I had been there longer than one hour, it had been two. Ended up walking out on a two night reservation due to feeling unsafe and unclean. Finally got a refund for the second night after several rounds with hotel and *******.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, restroom floor was dirty as well as the restroom door handle it was sticky. Towels had hairs stuck on them. Elevator felt like an oven, it was super hot.

非常好的酒店,早餐很棒,工作人员非常有礼貌,乐于助人。唯一不足的是早餐缺少奶酪和火腿,而且水和咖啡全天都留给客人。公寓的窗户打不开,有点可惜,因为里面还残留着食物的香味。不过除此之外,一切都很好。我会再次入住。

IHG Staybridge Colony 令人失望
夜班员工非常粗鲁,去买零食等,实际收费高于标价。最后,欢乐时光晚餐是土豆泥和西兰花,早餐也好不到哪里去。第一个房间有烟味,不得不换房间。
我一直住在 Stay Bridge,这次真是太令人失望了。
早餐可加入多種水果搭配,喜歡水果的好選擇。
