And we would love to have option for a recliner in a room and be charged per the visit. Thank you. Great idea for you since lots of clients are old like us!

We had a room right below the breakfast area , heard chairs scraping across floor in evening and woken up in the morning at 6 am , no staff notified this upon checking in , asked for a discount , was told couldn’t give because it was booked on line , unacceptable!

我唯一的“小抱怨”（当然是主观的）是，他们曾经令人难忘的早餐质量现在开始慢慢下降，只能媲美一些普通的连锁酒店。“鸡肉香肠”又冷又硬。他们美味的炸薯条（或其他任何土豆类食品）都没有供应，除了硬邦邦的鸡肉，也没有其他肉类选择。
我想通货膨胀肯定影响了营业利润率，但我非常怀念他们以前提供的起床餐。
