The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. All amenities were thoughtfully curated, both inside and outside the room. There were good recreational options for kids, including badminton, archery, and dedicated play areas, which made the stay enjoyable for families. The food was good, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff were courteous and patiently answered all our tourist-related questions. While the overall stay was comfortable, the look and feel of the room could be improved slightly. Overall, the experience was more than we expected, and we left satisfied

The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my experience truly enjoyable. I like the cleanliness of the bed, quality of amenities, helpfulness of the staff.

The employees I've booked into your hotel so far have a common complaint: your hotel staff doesn't even provide complimentary bottled of water, whereas hotels like Hotel Ashwin provide bottled water as a complimentary service.

We were looking for a place for new year evening at the last minute. Most of the places in and around Mumbai were either booked fully or over priced. We found this place which was half the cost of other places. We were little apprehensive whether it will be nice or not. But glad that we booked it here. Place is very near to highway and railway station. The rooms were good. Staff is courteous. New year party was full on dhamaal Rocky sir, the owner, personally monitors everything which is hardly seen with bigger names. We liked the place so much that we extended our stay by one day. New year eve lunch and dinner were included in the pricing. Lunch buffet was good. Dinner buffet was not that great. Breakfast buffet on 1st had lot of variety. On second those were missing and were very spicy. Al a carte has lot of variety and is good. Only suggestion would be to become property more wheelchair friendly.

This hotel is completely fraudulent and utterly unprofessional. They initially agreed to reschedule my booking, only to later refuse it without any valid reason. On top of that, they have flatly refused to provide a refund. Their staff clearly lacks basic manners and customer service skills. Avoid this place at all costs.

Clean and neat room, fresh bed linen, good service, restaurant okay and a bit expensive. Overall value for money. Early check-in and late check out should be clearly communicated and fed into system.

The room was clean and tidy. The room service was prompt and satisfactory. However, the quality of tea served was not good. It could be as a result of using the same tea leaves again and again. The toilet commode seat was not locked properly and resulted in the fall of an elderly guest. The room was booked for three persons. However, the third guest was not provided with a proper bed for sleeping.
