Where do I start. Absolute nightmare from start to finish, never ever have I experienced anything in my life this bad. The staff are absolute disgusting the way the speak to you and look down on you when you first arrived wouldn’t allow us in when I had requested early check in and was expected but got here at 12 pm and wouldn’t allow us in when one of us is pregnant and that was made very clear when booking we needed the early check in. We had to get dressed in the basement as it was 30 degrees and needed to change. When we finally was allowed in the room, as you do you check everything, well there was poo marks on the towels.. Went straight down to the receptionist and I quote what she said “what do you want me to do?” Erm replace it? “No we can’t do that”. Hair all over the beds and there was nothing they could do about it. No toilet roll in the toilet and was told we have to buy it? Sorry this is a hotel shouldn’t you provide the toilet roll and the towels? I would not recommend staying here at all unless you want to stay in poo hole and that’s being nice.

Just returned from a two week stay here. We stayed in apartment 731 which was absolutely stunning. The complex was very nice and very clean. The pool was a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed due to having to pay for them. People do still go down to the pool and reserve the best spots though and I did notice that quite a few of these had older or no children which was is quite frustrating when we had a 3 year old with us but unable to get a spot close to the small pool. Aside from this I have no complaints about the place.

What a great place, yes it's a little elevated but many places are in Los Cris. We aranged by a private let and it saved over £1,000 on similar 3 star accomodation (ie Agumar where we have stayed before) but I must say CH is better in my view. A large pool, plenty of space, no sunbed wars, yes you pay a couple of Euros each day for a bed but when you factor in the accomodation saving, that is nothing! Bar/ restaurant is reasonably priced with attentive staff and service. El Mirador ***** of bars and restaurants, Passarella Centre a 5 minute walk down hill, maybe an 8 minute 'hike' back, but you get used to it and it makes you fitter! Los Cris town and beach 15 to 20 min walk, bus station 10 mins. Taxi back from beach if you're feeling you can't be bothered with the walk about 5 Euros. Some days we walked others we didn't, depends on your mood. First time at CH for me, defo would go back.

Very disappointing apartment 733 stayed at castle harbour before wasn't to bad this time was terrible. The stench from the toilet upstairs i think is dangerous fumes from the sewers disgusting my wife was gagging when she needed to go to the bathroom .I think with the heat the water evaporated from the bend which stops the fumes entering the bathroom bidet that was disconnected .Bedroom upstairs ceiling fan was extremely noisy could not be left on at night .Main light in the bedroom not working walls filthy with dirt headboard missing. Kitchen cabinet door hanging off downstairs bathroom smells and patio furniture off colour from being so old .We paid i think a lot of money for this apartment not even an apology from karian apartments won't be going back to castle harbour again unfortunately because we usually like it

Booked through karian property management. Paid highest rate for this appt expected nice appt as from pictures on karian property site it looked lovely . Appt 733 worse appt ever stayed in anywhere . Stench from toilet upstairs was horrific .lock wrong side of door bit weird but not big issue Bedroom upstairs absolutely filthy walls beds looked like something from a squat headboard stored on balcony , no light , fan very bad noise (couldn't sleep with fan on ). Downstairs bedroom blind broken toilet cabinet going rotten with mould . No WiFi kitchen press hanging off ,no safe,1 wine glass. Patio table ready for the dump years ago. Tried to address issues with karen & Ian as they were in our company for a short period of time with friends we travelled with ,they were RUDE & Didn't want to know ! Do not book through this company . Lovely el paso restaurant ,pool beautiful area . Life gaurd Frank so nice .

Booked with karian apartments. Fantastic apartment number C101. El passo restaurant is great to have in the complex. Great service and food. Great to have a heated pool . Close to supermarkets bars and restaurants. Will be back in november.

Bedbugs and tvhe owner did not take it serious. We came there 05.01.25 and the bedbugs atact me the forst week. We contaktid the owner and he did send us to a flat in 4 etg whit no elevatore. We had to bring whit us al ower belongings. After 5 days we moved back and the owner ayd it was ok. The bedbugs was stil there. We moved out and novebody was villing to help us.

Complex kept clean and tidy, laundrette 5 euro for a wash which was handy. Pool area good, sunbeds 2 euro per day or cheaper if buy package. Bar/restaurant good value and can get hot cooked chicken to takeaway which makes change from eating out. Plenty of supermarkets around to buy salads beer and anything else needed. 20 ish mins to beach which agin is clean but busy like all resort. Room basic, comfy beds. Bathroom could have done with deep clean, fridge kettle microwave tv and in good working order. Provided with hand wash and washing up liquid, kitchen utensils bed linen and towels. Was given fresh sheets and towels after a week but no cleaning done. Free WiFi in room but rooms do vary, some you have to pay for it.
