As far as the staff, total excellence! I needed to wash my son's uniform and the dryer wasn't working. They were quick to dry it for me and bring to the room. Amazing!!! As far as the beds, worst night sleep ever. For whatever reason, hardest beds! I have a chronic pain rib condition and I was in major pain all night. Just can't do a Hampton/Hilton hotel again.

I WAS GREETED BY AMAZING STAFF AND WOWED BY THE LOBBY AND CLEANLINESS. MY ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, BED WAS AMAZING AND THE BATHROOM WAS FIRST CLASS. 100% PERFECT.

Except for delaying us at checkin, everything else was great. Not sure what happened at checkin, we never had a problem before. In the past front desk staff was very friendly, this time only so so.
But it is an exceptionally clean facility
