Let's just say that H isn't just for Hampton, it's for Hospitality. Truly an unexpected experience when it comes with size. The room I stayed in was remarkably spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, unpack, and feel right at home. The layout was thoughtfully designed, the furniture was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and meticulously maintained. It’s rare to find a hotel room that feels this open and inviting.
Staff was great and showed professionalism along with a warm smile on such a cold and snowy day!)
5 stars -Definitely will be returning on my next visit

Super clean and upscale hotel woth a bunch of food and shopping options nearby. Staff were suoer accommodating and friendly during our stay. The rooms, lobby, breakfast dining area and hallways were beyond clean. Very ompressed wirh our stay here.

I loved that is was very clean . Breakfast items were limited options especially for Muslims just wanted a simple scrambled eggs and hash browns nothing other then pork . Only option we had is either cereal or bagels . Very close to lots of shopping areas which was a good thing.

This hotel is newer. Clean and nice updates. However, we had an issue with the shower door not staying closed and they attempted to fix it but it still didn’t work and it was too late to change rooms. They did attempt to rectify situation so i appreciate that. Breakfast was ok. Overall good stay. Nice and clean hotel and would stay again.

BEYOND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I booked a room with 2 beds when I arrived David at the front desk told me my room wasn’t available because a Hilton Honors member wanted to extend their stay and they take president over my already paid for reservation! The only resolution offered was to talk to the manager the next morning, he was rude and difficult to work with, had to find a different hotel last minute on a Saturday night (Halloween weekend) where just about everything was booked. Horrible/frustrating experience!

Booked double queen and when I arrived I was given a king bed and claimed they over booked the room. My husband, my two daughters and I all had to attempt to share the king bed, very uncomfortable.
Additionally the shower door kept opening as showering. Managements response, “oh yeah we have to add a piece to the top for that.” Meanwhile I was attempting to hold it closed as I showered.
