Beautiful Resort. Very Family Friendly. lots of activities to do. They have an Indoor Swimming pool which is a plus, A Sauna aswell. They also have an entertainment area. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. And the views are beautiful. We went during the snowstorm, we're looking forward to visiting in Spring. Beautiful place to visit when it snows, it turned into a winter wonderland. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have Salaah Facilities aswell. Definitely Reccomend!

It is really unfortunate that this resort is not adequately equipped for a summer holiday stay. The need for air conditioning is extremely urgent. Renovations and maintenance of the cottages need to be prioritized. The bathrooms are in a terrible condition, the beddings were all very dirty, many of the kitchen appliances did not work properly, how can there be 2 barely working irons for the whole resort to use. We were a big group and booked multiple units and the poor condition of all the units were consistent. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained but the facilities need some attention. All the bicycles are broken, the tennis courts need tlc. The staff were all wonderful and helpful.

Unfortunately it was a really disappointing stay, the accommodation is in desperate need of renovations. The bathrooms need to be upgraded asap, the carpets need to be replaced, the beddings are full of stains, the entrance sliding doors need to be repaired, air-conditioning is a must, appliances don't work or are on their way out. There isn't even a fan in the prayer room. The bikes for hire are all old and broken, there are 2 barely working irons for the whole resort. The list goes on. The staff were wonderful though

For the price per night, and Google reviews, we had the expectation that the resort is well looked after, maintained and would provide a comfortable stay. Only to arrive to a mostly empty resort over the Christmas holiday, our first clue, and an ill-maintained kids play area and putt-putt court. The rooms were patched, and was furnished with low quality furniture. Not at all as per the photos that are available online. We decided to book out immediately as we did not feel comfortable staying. The resort owner did not reach out to us to understand why we did not stay, and then had the audacity to send me an email to ask for my review, so here it is; stay away!

1. The units need a facelift/renovation/upgrade/refurbishment. 2. The entrance doors do not close and lock easily. The doors need to be aligned. 3. The kitchen cupboards are rotten at the bases. 4. The fridge does not function. 5. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced with new flooring. 6. The bathrooms are in serious need of an upgrade, it's terrible to say the least. 7. Airconditioning needs to be installed in the units. 8. The tennis courts are in serious need of a revamp. The surface is not playable at all. I stayed at the resort a few years ago, it's still the same. There has been no improvements at all. I can say with much enthusiasm that I will never book at this resort again nor will I recommend.

The place was clean, quiet. Lydia gave us a warm welcome until our departure. There's always a security personnel patrolling to ensure that the guests are safe

The place needs a desperate face-lift. The showers are full of mould. Definitely a health hazard. The bedding is old. The room was not serviced. The cleaner came around to ask if she could clean, we said yes. She disappeared and never came back. There was no plug in the bathroom for little kids to bath.

Beautiful sceneries. Quiet place to relax and de-stress. Scrumptious breakfast. Excellent service especially Mumtaz. Comfortable rooms. The apartment was spacious. There was electric blankets on the bed for the cold. Would recommend.
