A couple of problems in the room: the iron continue dropping water on my clothes when I was trying to iron. I had to pour the water out to iron my clothes. The coffee pot was missing a piece to put the coffee bag in. So I couldn’t make coffee in the room. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Excellent property.

This is a fairly new facility that is in excellent condition. The bathroom is extremely well designed with lots of space by the sink for personal items. Everywhere in the building was very clean. Bed and bedding were excellent. If in the area, we will stay here again. The only (very minor) negative is that that the exhaust in the restroom is a bit loud all the time. However, it does get the moisture out very nicely.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful with many options. My favorite was how clean it was. We will definitely be back because we pass through to go to Florida every year.

In town for Ultimate Frisbee Tourn. And the rain Sat AM delayed us 3 hours. The staff were so gracious to allow us to check-in early as our room was available so we could wait the storms out in comfort instead of our car. And I must say that the Breakfast was awesome the next AM!

Great but some suggestions

While this is a new hotel, only 3 months old, there are still a few suggestions/things that are needed.

1. We were on a floor with a room that had multiple dogs. Everytime we had to leave or go to our room, we had to walk by that room. The dogs would bark loudly and scared us. Suggestion for the hotel: Put anyone traveling with dogs at the end of the hallway or on one floor without others traveling without dogs.

2. No clock in the room. There was no way (outside of our phones) to know the time.

3. The pool was wonderful but definitely needed some cleaning out. Lots of debris on the top and bottom.
