This is by far, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything is new and the rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and additionally, there’s a high quality couch.

Relatively new hotel, but poorly built with paper-thin walls. You can hear everything—neighbors, upstairs, downstairs, and even guests outside. Our room overlooked the patio, and the noise carried straight in. Our entire family was woken up by guests singing an early-morning birthday serenade.
The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was being charged $100 for a missing light cover that was already missing when we checked in. This item couldn’t cost more than $10, yet I was unfairly billed despite raising the issue. After going back and forth with the company, I eventually gave in—but I will never stay here again.
If you do decide to book, be extremely cautious: thoroughly inspect your room upon arrival, take time-stamped photos, and report every single issue immediately. Otherwise, you risk being charged for things you had nothing to do with.

As far as the charge every room is inspected multiple times at checkout, cleaning and prior to giving the room to another guest. An item that is so in front of the face to be missing would be difficult to be missed multiple times.

only thing that I didn't like was that my kids were full of energy after sitting at the car for hours and they were running and jumping at room and people were complaining that we are loud. the walls seems to be thin. we didn't hear any people but parentally they hear us.

Hard bed too soft pillows
The bd was hard and the pillows were too soft. We both had sore necks and slept horribly.

酒店回复: Melinda, sorry the beds were not comfortable. They are brand new as we just opened the property up a few months ago. For commercial use they have to be a little bit firmer than in home to last through all the use.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, fresh, and felt brand new. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were quiet—perfect for rest. The entire property was well maintained and had a calm, easy atmosphere. There were also plenty of convenient items and places nearby, which made everything even more enjoyable. Best hotel ever
Well, it was our first time staying in the hotel. It was my husband‘s birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves. The room was great. The service was great. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. It was a very great experience and we will be back soon.

The staff was accommodating. The room was not smelling right and they put me in the new room. The staff was nice. I like the free washer and dryer plus the free breakfast and a snack for dinner.
