Clean and comfortable, fairly close off the highway. The Tru is attached to a Home & Suites so there was a lot of activity in the lobby. (To be fair it was a holiday weekend.) A lone staffer was doing her best to keep the breakfast area stocked during the busy 8-9 time frame. Staff were all very friendly. Parking is an extra $7/day and you need to register your license plate with the front desk. I can only surmise it’s because of apartments/townhouses nearby.

my room was comfortable. the view from my room was amazing and there is free breakfast and they even had foosball and a swimming pool inside and cornhole and a fireplace outside

One of the more reasonably priced hotels in Flagstaff so expect large crowds. Parking lot is sprawling, crowded and hard to get out of at certain times of the day. You’ll pay for that privilege too, even though the property is not within walking distance of anything. Breakfast area was packed and although food was easy to access, seating was inadequate.

Nice brand new hotel; very functional room. Well designed lounge and breakfast area; including foosball table and table hockey games. The girls at reception were very helpful with where to eat and what to do. Highly recommend Fat Olives restaurant. There are a couple of negatives that the Tru Hilton needs to improve on: 1) it's not sanitary the way they have the liquid soap set up next to the sink and in the shower. they need to offer guests bars of soap as an option and an alternative. 2) Most of the items at the breakfast buffet were cold or not hot enough. the selection was lacking as a buffet should always have pastries, blueberry muffins or apple muffins, etc. There should be individual jelly packets for the toast and bagels which is more appealing and sanitary than having the jelly in the same bowl for all guests to share. Just a few helpful hints to improving your hotel. Great spot to hike Buffalo Park. Many trail options inside the park. Very good value for the price of the hotel room.

The hotel property was nice and clean, it is new. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was enjoyable except for the surprise parking fee of $7.00 per night. This is not a valet fee or a fee for covered parking. Just a fee to self park in their outside lot. I will not return to this hotel!!
