⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service! I didn’t end up staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Kearney due to a severe storm, but I still wanted to share my experience because the service was exceptional. I called the hotel explaining that the weather made it impossible for me to get there, and Emad at the front desk went above and beyond. Even though I was well past the cancellation deadline, he kindly allowed me to cancel without penalty. Emad was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful during a stressful situation. If this level of customer service is any indication of how the rest of the hotel is run, I’ll absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Kearney. Highly recommend!

I stayed for one night 2 months ago. This is a very new hotel, I believe just opened in April? My check-in had an issue, but the ,day manager resolved it quickly to my satisfaction. The room was very large, clean, and QUIET. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of good seating. Parking lot directly in front is a bit small, but the adjoining Tru had plenty for any overflow. I will definitely stay here again when in Kearney!

Home 2 Suites in Kearney felt brand new and clean. The room was spacious and tidy. They also have a nice area to walk dogs around the building. Would totally stay here again!

Only was able to stay one night wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hotel is new just opened two months ago. It is attached to Hilton brand Tru hotel. The lobby area has plenty of seating for breakfast, has a game room with pool table, an arcade room, fitness room and indoor pool. Our room was huge, very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were great. The complimentary breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items. Everything stayed well stocked. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there again when passing through this area.

Stopped here for an overnight stay when coming home from Colorado. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Hotel room was very spacious. Front desk person was friendly. Would stay here again.
