I requested multiple items after my surgery, but they never sent them. Extra pillows, etc. we didn’t have housekeeping the entire time.

This property is brand new and with that comes many things.
The hotel itself is nice, fresh and clean. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Parking garage was convenient. However with it being brand new, the area has tons of construction!! Beware- they start very early in the morning and it’s very loud outside. I woke up at 4 am from the noise!! After being out late for work, this was far from ideal.

这是一家新开业的酒店，非常干净。交通便利，乘坐地铁或优步前往华盛顿市区都在30分钟以内。酒店似乎是仍在建设中的商业综合体的一部分。房间干净宽敞，有微波炉，储物空间也很多。
这家酒店很新！非常干净！服务很好，感觉就像在家里一样。因为有简单的厨房，做饭很方便。
一切都很棒。特别是员工都非常友善和乐于助人。房间也超赞。
新店位置不错，但是除非付费进入停车场，否则没有停车位；而且停车场的二维码阅读器非常难用。
工作人员很棒，地方很干净，但他们永远不会以最健康的早餐赢得奖品。
大堂服务周到，入住快捷，房间大小合适，设施齐全，床铺舒适。附近有额外收费的停车场。酒店紧邻I66州际公路（交通顺畅时15分钟即可到达华盛顿特区市中心），地铁站近在咫尺，周边购物场所众多，餐饮选择丰富多样，可满足各种口味需求。健身房提供洗衣机。
酒店现正进行施工，施工噪音费用从早上6点开始可抵扣。有些东西是免费的（例如洗衣液），有些则要6美元或7美元，一块士力架也要7美元——简直是坑人 :)

我房间的卫生间冲不了水，马桶一直流水，声音很大！我给服务台打了三次电话，都没人修好马桶。这是我第一次坐飞机去华盛顿特区。真希望我选了个更好的地方。我付了三天的票，结果住了两天。我实在受不了马桶的问题，租了辆车，住在亲戚家。而且额外收费更贵，我本来不想付。我要求退款，却没有退款。这家酒店体验很糟糕。
