The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located neat Texas Tech. Breakfast could ge spriced up, but we weren't really there for that, so no big deal. I would stay again.

The customer service was good. What was not good was for one, the tv in our room didn’t work. The picture kept glitching so couldn’t watch anything the entire night. The breakfast was not that good. You have to pay to use their WiFi, You’ll be charged an extra $30 for parking. If I’d known that beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else. I’m glad we were staying only one night.

Breakfast was ok but with 30 minutes left before it closed there wasn't any meat left. Eggs were ok. there was only one type of creamer syrup and no fresh half and half.

My original room had not been cleaned. Greg jumped on it and got me another room. I could see my vehicle from the window.
I prefer Home2Suites when I travel.
The only down side was I could not figure out how to turn off the light over the counter.

The facilities were clean. The breakfast was mediocre, almost awful.
The lamps in the room (as per front office) had had electric surges that had not been fixed so they were unusable
