This is a brand new, well appointed hotel. Whomever designed these rooms understands travelers. Great room esthetic. Comfortable beds, spacious studio suite with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and desk. Roomy bathroom. Most importantly, room is clean! Front desk staff were friendly. The only drawback were the thin walls and the HVAC. You can hear the semis passing by and it’s loud! There was also a random intermittent ticking sound in the room. HVAC system is just strange. Not typical and odd frequent noises coming from it. Fix that and it’s a 5 status

This is a new hotel. All of the staff were friendly. Everything is spotless. We were thanked for being Diamond members and given bottled water and a cheese-it snack at check in. The room was large and comfortable. The a/c worked great. Breakfast was good. I liked the concept of making your own breakfast sandwich in the downstairs dining area. I’m not a fan of overly-sweet, concentrated orange juice dispensed out of a machine, though.
