The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room.

Friendly, clean and they love dogs. The workout room is modern and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay here again on our travels

We came down for a wedding in the next town over. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complain I would have is that the sundries area did not have feminine hygiene products. My wife had a little unexpected visitor and we had to go to the Walmart in town. Aside from that we had a wonderful time

This property was modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best that I have seen for a breakfast that comes with the hotel stay. There were so many gluten-free options which was much appreciated!

Coffee was spilled all over in the desk on the room and soaked all the cups before I ever arrived. No towels in the room. Not made up. The desk attendant didn’t seem to care.

I booked a room through *******, paid, and got confirmation. When we arrived they said there was a “glitch” and they didn’t have a room for us. That left me scrambling to find an alternative. Not a good experience.
