Staff member: I arrived a little early was told I couldn't check in till 3. I walked outside then came in to wait in the lobby when I returned the white male at the front desk was checking in another white male who had arrived early. I said I thought check in wasn't till 3? We was looking crazy because he knew he was caught, then said I got you ready only after being caught checking in another guest. Not cool, and not hospitality like. All guess should be treated the same regardless of color.

Jacksonville Gem
This was our second trip to Jacksonville and our 2nd stay at Home2 Suites. It's centrally located downtown and has easy access to any day trips you have planned. We'll be staying here again on our 3rd trip.
The only thing that bothered me was that the decaf coffee and regular coffee machines in the lobby were never hot. I

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is close to the convention center and the in house restaurant/bar is good.

Clean hotel in a great spot.
Great new hotel for walking into old Jacksonville. Right next to cool historical sites. The staff were sweet and everything was great. The restaurant attached is great for anyone needing to catch a game on a giant TV. Will book again if we need to go back in town.

I chose this property because it stated 24/7 check in. Upon arriving at the property from 24 straight hours of flying around 1 am, we found a door closed, with no one at the front desk, no one answering the phone, no one answering the intercom. After banging for 15 minutes on every window, an attendant showed up, was visibly annoyed , did not apologize.
Never again. Better options around

There was an issue with the room we had booked. The hotel made sure to call us and let us know we had new rooms that we adjoining at no cost. Communication is much appreciated. Will stay again.

酒店位置便利，环境宜人。但是周六晚上停车是个问题。由于正在等待送货，物资短缺。没有客房服务，浴室有酸味，清洁不彻底。总体而言，空间宽敞，结构现代，温馨宜人。早餐有限，而且很干燥。但有早餐供应还是不错的。会再次入住。员工很友善。
