well I do not have a great experience, I reserved a 2 queen beds and there was a bed and a sofa, then the microwave wasn't working, the hall pass was smell like **** .really bad bad experience this time. I asked

It was one of the nicest hotel rooms ive stayed in. The room was nice, with options for Netflix and streaming platforms. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted good, Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Very Nice Hotel! DON'T accept a 1st floor room.
The hotel was very nice! Word of advice, if they ask if you want a 1st floor room, say NO! We were pretty close to the lobby, and people were out there at 1 am making a ton of noise. My husband first went and spoke to the front desk girl, who did ask them to be quiet, but a few minutes later they were loud again, yelling & clapping. At that point, my husband went out and talked to the actual people making the noise. Luckily, they stopped after that, but it was 1:30 am at this point.

In West Chester Ohio the service, staff the whole experience was awesome. The room was CLEAN, comfortable I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Anytime we’re here this will be where we’ll stay. Thank you for everything
