Honestly, I would’ve given them a five star reviewand Ryan was wonderful! But to not disclose extra fees until you see your receipt is not OK. They charged me for self parking! And a facility fee! Even the bigger hotels I stay in, at least they’re upfront about those things. I can stay down the road off of Polk Parkway and not get charged. I know it’s not much money, it’s the principle of it. Great place, it’s new and very convenient on location but be more transparent with fees. It’s cheap now but then owners get greedy and prices go up!

Clean hotel and nice staff. Talked to sherna at the front desk and the manager nathen and they were both nice. The breakfast lady was also really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend if your in Lakeland.

Great hotel. It was clean, close to target and several other stores. Several restaurants in the area. It still smelled new inside which was amazing. The only downside is that even though you use the electronic key, you still have to get something to put in a slot in the room for the lights to work.
