New hotel at a great value, staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. As always, Hilton branded hotel meets my expectations.

Please be advised when staying at this franchised Hilton property. The hotel staff falsely accused me of damaging an item that I reported to the front desk staff. The management team (Ryan and Nathan) are both very unprofessional and liars. Nathan also lied and contradicted himself to my financial institution. Please inspect your room throughly, document all communication with staff and take pictures of your entire stay to save yourself from lies and scams. Request all billing via email and print.

Ryan and Nathan took care of my family that were in town for the holidays. They were so kind, and all of the staff did a great job in ensuring a smooth and clean stay! The property is brand new and has spacious rooms and free breakfast. I’d recommend this new property to anyone staying in Lakeland!

“For what I paid, the comfort and overall experience were surprisingly impressive. The room stayed perfectly cool throughout the night thanks to the reliable air conditioning, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming to us, and the cleanliness of the entire place really stood out. Altogether, it created an atmosphere that felt calm, safe, and genuinely comfortable.” We will stay here again.

My first time at this Hilton Home 2, and I must say I’m glad I stayed. People actually smile at this place, near the airport and highways.

Honestly, I would’ve given them a five star reviewand Ryan was wonderful! But to not disclose extra fees until you see your receipt is not OK. They charged me for self parking! And a facility fee! Even the bigger hotels I stay in, at least they’re upfront about those things. I can stay down the road off of Polk Parkway and not get charged. I know it’s not much money, it’s the principle of it. Great place, it’s new and very convenient on location but be more transparent with fees. It’s cheap now but then owners get greedy and prices go up!

Clean hotel and nice staff. Talked to sherna at the front desk and the manager nathen and they were both nice. The breakfast lady was also really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend if your in Lakeland.
