This hotel is new and not completely finished but, is still a very nice place. The staff were really nice and accommodating and the valet went over and above to help us. Great location and very clean and comfortable rooms. Should be nice when they finish the rooftop . We’ll be back!

Checked in after midnight. Central reservations asked about any needs including valet parking at that hour. Had to hunt around for valet staff upon arrival. Initial room assigned has no power to most in room lighting and TV. Was asked to wait and let them check circuit breakers. That took too long and I requested another room with working lighting. Someone eventually arrived with new keys. Got to new room and crashed. This morning the shower temp never got past slightly warm. Had to brave the cold and make it work. Checked out early and decided to move to another area hotel. Don't think this hotel is quite ready for nor absolutely not worth the fully loaded price of $354 night. It's a grift actually. There are much nicer and more reliable hotels in this price range in Chattanooga.

We had a fantastic stay after a day at the aquarium. The valet was easy, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel felt very secure. We loved Room 211 because the separate living area gave our grandson his own space to watch TV. The heated indoor pool was a huge hit for a February trip, and I loved that it had a shallow area for younger children. Breakfast was delicious (don't miss the omelet station!), and being across the street from the Children's Museum was so convenient. Safe, clean, and thoughtful—we will definitely stay here again!

Just wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at thid hotel on the night of January 17, 2026. When I made the reservation I was aware of some of the ongoing construction and that the roof top bar was not open. And while it is a very nice hotel, there were several things that were sub-par given the cost of the room: • This hotel is severely under staffed. There is absolutely no reason that a guest should have to stand in line for an hour just to check in. Only one person at the front desk and he was overwhelmed. Very disappointing. • Tried to call Sunday morning for a later checkout and was put on hold twice for a total of 20 minutes. Finally tried a 3rd time only to be told that the best they could do was 11:30 (normal check-out was 11:00). Seriously? I was travelling with 4 grandchildren and you can't even give me one extra hour to checkout? Again VERY disappointing. • While my grandchildren enjoyed the pool it was dangerously OVERCROWDED. A quick count told me it was over capacity by at least 20 people. Mostly young children in the pool. A very dangerous environment. Plus, there were no pool towels to dry off with. • Lastly, the room was really quite dirty/disgusting. When removing the cushions to open the sofa bed, there was food crumbs, popcorn and food wrappers under the cushions and on top of the unopened sofa bed. Same for under the furniture. I guess housekeeping has a policy if you cant see it, it must be ok. Also, there was only a single roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom. I recognize that new properties undergo growing pains, but based on previous stays at Embassy Suites Hotels as well as other Hilton products, this particular stay was extremely disappointing for the price. Lots of other and less expensive options in that area to choose from next time. Hope this constructive criticism helps future guests have a better experience.

This is a beautiful new property. Generally, we had a nice stay, and I’d stay again. I liked being able to walk to Mellow Mushroom, Ben & Jerry’s, and the Aquarium. Keep in mind it’s downtown, so parking is limited, and there is a good bit of street noise. That is to be expected. The cons for this property is that 1) the rooms seem significantly smaller than your average Embassy Suites. 2) breakfast was lacking, by Embassy Suites standards, and 3) every morning he had issues with the valet. Nice young man, but it averaged over 30 minutes to get our car. That was super irritating. The evening crew was on it, they were great. But we were late each morning even though we sent a text (per the instructions) every day with plenty of time to spare. He even brought us the wrong vehicle one time. Not the worst thing to have ever happened, but when you pay for valet, you hope it’s a convenient experience, not a frustrating one to start the day.

We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga. The location was excellent — right in the heart of everything — and the hotel itself was new, modern, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. However, for the price, we expected a smoother experience. I completed the online check-in process ahead of time and was told everything was set, but when we arrived, the digital key didn’t work. I ended up having to go back down to the front desk to get physical keys. The biggest issue was the valet parking. There’s no self-parking option, and valet costs an additional $30 per night. The valet team was working very hard and stayed courteous, but the process was chaotic. One evening we requested our car at 5:15, only to be told it was shift change and there was a long line of people waiting. It took about 25 minutes to get our car. The next morning was even worse. We texted early to request our car and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we went downstairs, it was pouring rain and many guests were waiting. The system had gone down, and the attendants had to move the kiosk inside and retrieve keys manually. It took about 35 minutes to get our car. Overall, the hotel itself was lovely, but the convenience factors — online check-in and valet parking — turned into major frustrations. For the cost, I expected a more seamless stay.

Just stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The entire staff is is great. Special shout out to Lori Jenkins, who helped with our booking and activities in the area. Michelle the GM, has a great staff. Lyric and Mark at the front desk were so nice and the valet guys were on it. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool . We will definitely stay there again next time we are in chattanooga.
