Hotel was very clean and staff were very respectful and friendly, even the cleaners when you just pass by!!
It’s your typical average hotel with no problems to run in to. Beautiful patio for walking around.
Only down side was all of the surrounding construction, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast options were very limited as well, but still lovely that they
The walls are super thin though so expect to hear your neighbors! Especially when showering. It wasn’t an inconvenience to us though :)
& the lobby’s snack choices are very very pricey. Over $5 for your average snack or drink you can find at gas stations near by.

Room was so noisy couldnt sleep most of the night. House keeping knock on the door at 10 am when checkout is 11am

Room is nice. Hotel front doors are hard to find. When you find it, it’s empty and you have to figure out where to go. Someone should be at the doors giving directions. Also, there was so much construction and no places really around to shop or eat.

Check-in staff very friendly and courteous.
Room very clean and comfortable.
Very nice variety of food for breakfast.
Staff during check-out was not friendly. Did not ask how our stay was and did not thank us for staying there! They need to go to training for hospitality.

The rooftop bar was not all that when we went in we stood at the bar 15 minutes before anyone would take an order as people walking up they helped first. They didn't have a good selection of drinks and was told that they catered to a certain crowd and i asked what that was and he said younger and then told me to look around. I then knew what he meant and it wasn't age

Great stay!
Stayed here for a night to go to a reds game, hotel was a perfect distance to walk it and not have to worry about parking/ubers. Walk was about half a mile and took about 18 minutes.
The hotel itself was amazing, especially for the price, compared to others in the same area. The staff were all super polite and conversational. The room was even nicer than I expected, a full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop), large bathroom, couch, extra side tables, large island/dinning table.
The rooftop bar, High Note, was excellent!! We had a couple drinks and tried one of the flatbreads- definitely recommend.

Convenient, but noisy
Excellent location - right next to Megacorp Pavilion, walking distance to Newport on the Levee!
Only bummer is that the noise level can be rough - could hear all of our neighbors, and because it's centrally located, lots of night noise as people get back to their rooms after games and concerts.
