We arrived after midnight, and the bright, welcoming atmosphere was great. We loved our room. Everything was clean and cheerful. Appreciated that there was no carpet or heavy drapes.

All staff were attentive and welcoming. Having board/cards games available to use in the room was a nice option. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained.

I stayed here for two days while in town for work. The room was clean but quite small and didn’t have a closet. There was also a strong smell when I arrived — maybe from a room freshener — which was a bit much. There were dogs barking in nearby rooms, and since I didn’t have a pet, it made resting difficult.
Check-in was smooth and the staff seemed friendly. I’ve stayed at other Hilton locations and never had this issue, so it was a bit disappointing overall. I didn’t use the other amenities, so I can’t comment on those.
