The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are located at Rookwood Commons -- a very short walk, and Hyde Park Square is less than a mile away. Very easy access to downtown Cincinnati and other points of interest. Yet, the hotel grounds are quiet and adjacent to a nice walk/bike trail.

Breakfast was good/ front desk was helpfull/ the cleaning staff was either untrained or very delinquent in their duties. I was told upfront they only clean rooms every second day if staying multiple days. On the second day they picked up dirty towels- only cleaned I garbage can and not the other and never made the bed but left a not saying who cleaned incase you wanted to leave a gratuity.———

Entry to the hotel is difficult without crossing over several lanes of busy traffic.
I stayed two days . The first day I went for their hot breakfast only to find no hot breakfast items at 8:50am.
When I arrived to check in at 3:00pm I was told my room was not ready. I was told to return iin 30-45 minutes. Again, this was inconvenient for us and not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

床和枕头简直太糟糕了!
过去一年半我们在这里住过好几次。客房服务糟糕透了。我们住了三个晚上,他们只打扫过一次浴室。马桶座圈少了一个螺丝,百叶窗也坏了。我们第一晚之后就把问题告知了前台,但退房前两件事情都没修好。
喜欢孩子们的泳池。早餐很棒。选择很多,厨房工作人员也很热情周到。
下午3点无法入住。房间尚未准备好,原因如下:1. 前一天晚上客满,所以打扫得有点慢;2. 房间里的卫生间挤满了之前的客人,所以不得不等客房服务人员来“清理”。
