Entry to the hotel is difficult without crossing over several lanes of busy traffic.
I stayed two days . The first day I went for their hot breakfast only to find no hot breakfast items at 8:50am.
When I arrived to check in at 3:00pm I was told my room was not ready. I was told to return iin 30-45 minutes. Again, this was inconvenient for us and not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

我最近入住了辛辛那提中城鲁克伍德希尔顿惠庭套房酒店,体验非常棒。酒店异常干净,地理位置对我的商务旅行来说再完美不过了。服务非常出色,工作人员总是那么友好和乐于助人。酒店提供的设施也是一流的,让我的住宿舒适又愉快。我强烈向商务旅客推荐这家酒店。
床和枕头简直太糟糕了!
过去一年半我们在这里住过好几次。客房服务糟糕透了。我们住了三个晚上,他们只打扫过一次浴室。马桶座圈少了一个螺丝,百叶窗也坏了。我们第一晚之后就把问题告知了前台,但退房前两件事情都没修好。
喜欢孩子们的泳池。早餐很棒。选择很多,厨房工作人员也很热情周到。
下午3点无法入住。房间尚未准备好,原因如下:1. 前一天晚上客满,所以打扫得有点慢;2. 房间里的卫生间挤满了之前的客人,所以不得不等客房服务人员来“清理”。
前台的女士们非常关心我的住宿体验。楼上有噪音,已经处理好了。衣柜门需要缓冲来消音。最棒的是,前门外有一条徒步小径,高档餐厅、葡萄酒商店、面包店;星巴克非常适合周末住宿。
