We stopped in Jackson, TN as a halfway point between North Carolina and Texas. We selected Tru as it was one of the few hotels with availability. As soon as we walked into Tru, our greeting was warm and professional. The style and decor had a vibe. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was your normal free breakfast - plenty of options, well prepared, and filling. Only downside - thin walls. However, all neighbors were respectful and courteous. I would recommend👌

Fun place to stay. The rooms were modern and very clean. The lobby had a pool table and games with a large TV. Breakfast was very good. Recommend.

Overall stay was pleasant and the rates are reasonable. It was considerably noisy due to the proximity of the interstate, but not enough to prevent a future stay.

The staff was courteous and very sweet. The room was nice, but the floors were a little dirty and there were a couple bugs in the room.

真是糟糕透了。晚上10点15分左右，楼上房间传来巨大的砰砰声，把我吵醒了。我打电话给前台说明了情况。到了晚上11点，砰砰声和孩子们在游戏室里的喧闹声依然没有停止，我决定离开。我之所以选择这里，是因为这是我从德克萨斯州达拉斯地区开车到弗吉尼亚州罗阿诺克探望生病母亲的中途停留点。真是浪费钱。
房间很小，烟雾报警器整晚都闪着刺眼的白光。房间的墙壁和天花板隔音效果不好，而且高速公路离得太近，整晚都有大卡车的噪音。早餐服务员效率很高，保持了房间的清洁和充足的供应。早餐是我们这次住宿体验中最好的部分。其他方面都显得很廉价。
换个地方住吧，至少房间还算干净。我们以前住过这家，当时还不错。这次真是太糟糕了。
