Great first impression!!! Beautiful property! Everything is clean and looks new and fresh. Lobby and common areas are modern, clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

The tv in my 2 queen suite was difficult to see from the bed. The pillows were terrible, like trash bags stuffed with fiber fill.

Fantastic!
Amazing place, rooms are spacious, and staff is great! Alex, helped out on 3rd shift, as she helped me store my Dad's birthday cake and I appreciate it greatly. She deserves a promotion and a raise!

No room at the Inn
Got a call as I was pulling into the parking lot that “there was a pipe burst” and they didn’t have a room for me.
I happened to be in town for work and know several people staying there, they didn’t see anything. Best guess is they overbooked and decided I wasn’t important enough to keep a room for. Found a nice hotel down the road that had a happy hour going when I got there and enjoyed some beer and appetizers

Pool out of order entire stay
The main reason i booked this hotel was the pool, which was out of order the entire time. Kinda ruined the trip. Employees were great. Honestly i think i should get at least a partial refund.

Hotel was new and in good condition. Cleanliness could be improved. The same used drinking glasses and garbage that were in the pool area Saturday afternoon were still there Sunday morning and we had to ask several times for more pool towels. The breakfast tables were still dirty more than a hour after breakfast ended. The room was not very soundproof.
