Very clean, bed is very firm. My husband couldn’t sleep on it. If you like firm this is the place for you. Shower was on the cold side. Employees were wonderful. Very clean

Unfortunately, mattress preferences can vary widely from person-to-person. Hilton does thorough testing with focus groups for their respective brands, selecting mattresses that have the highest approval rating. Hoteliers are required to put anti-scald mixing valves on the hot water lines going to guest rooms, whereas the temperature from faucets/showers do not exceed 120F, unlike that of an individual residence where it can be set much higher. This property was outstanding. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was so nice and clean, parking is free and it’s close to so many great restaurants and the Fishers Event Center. They helped make our anniversary so special. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a 5! Excellent hotel, customer service, great food. This isone of the best I have stayed during my travels for work and leisure! 😊 Jamal, hotel manager was very personable, joy to all who talk to him. Received a free upgrade to an awesome room, also received las minute late checkout for free!

Staff very customer service driven, friendly & accommodating! Property ( all areas inclusive of room) clean & modern. Special points and shout out for the "free of charge" filtered and sparkling water machines (right next to the ice machines) on each floor! Extra points also for the onsite restaurant DERAILED! Decent portions of good flavored food!
