Very clean property that is well thought out such as size of suites, safety bar in shower, plenty of outlets and charging ports. The breakfast was delicious and above and beyond the typical hotel breakfast. Friendly staff! We were very comfortable as a family of 6 in a suite.

The hotel was great. And the breakfast is really good. The staff was very nice and i especially liked the receptionist named Mira. She was very helpful and professional as well as being friendly. All the staff was very nice. I would stay there again.

Inconsistent customer service. The morning staff seemed bothered by the guests. However, there were two girls at night that were very hospitable, friendly and extremely pleasant.

convenient to ASU
We were glad they were able to give us a room that wasn't on the main street or near the elevators or ice machine. Would have been noisy otherwise, but the staff was accommodating. Very near to ASU and convenient for moving our daughter in to her apartment. Breakfast was mid

The only thing missing was bathroom products like makeup remover, and the shower cap didn't have anything. I also disliked the fact that the rooms didn't have carpeting and that they were suites, but there was no grill for cooking food, just a refrigerator and dishwasher.

We did enjoy our stay and it was a very nice place. The only problem I had was the fact that I reserved and paid for a room with a Mountain View, however the only view we had was of the parking lot and pine trees. I was very disappointed to say the least.
