The staff was very friendly upon arrival through departure. The hotel is very clean and smells amazing. Our queen accessible room was very large and perfect for a 3 day stay.

Our room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only negative was the the water in the shower was not very hot, lukewarm at best.
We’ll definitely stay again!

Recently renovated old fire station close to hospital district.. room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, not one person all the staff from valet to concierge to check in; all were phenomenal. The only down fall is if you don’t pay to valet, the block around it is parked cars that make it hard to navigate. If you don’t need park a car then you’re fine.

Property was amazing but we were a little unsure as we were pulling up to it at night. We had zero issues and it was amazing beyond that! We will definitely go back!

这家酒店是四个月前开业的，一切都很新。房间干净，地理位置也很好。
酒店是新的，但床垫破旧不堪，淋浴水温温吞吞的，水龙头也坏了。酒店承诺会关闭永久通风系统，但他们并没有这样做，所以噪音很大。
不舒服又怪异
首先，我和前台就我预订的房间类型来回争论了好几次。我不得不向他证明我想要的是带微波炉的房间，冰箱也是全尺寸的。好不容易解决了这个问题，结果空调却不停地吹冷风，根本关不掉。然后，在我入住的四天里，我三次被锁在房间外面，不得不反复下楼去前台拿钥匙，或者让工作人员给我送钥匙。总之，这是一次非常不舒服、非常怪异的住宿体验。
酒店很漂亮，设施也很棒，但可惜的是，不知何故我们换了房间后仍然没有热水。酒店给了我们补偿，但如果能有淋浴就更好了。
