我预订了一张特大床，结果事先没有通知就给了我两张单人床。2025年8月1日晚上11:25，我终于筋疲力尽地抵达酒店，结束了漫长的旅途。结果却遭遇了有史以来最糟糕的入住体验之一。前台工作人员Kaiden极其不专业——他戴着AirPods，面无表情，眼神冷漠，我每个问题都重复了两遍，却只得到敷衍的答复。我打电话求助空调，等我弄明白之后，再打电话过去告诉他，这样他就不用上楼来我的房间了。接电话的他语气非常烦躁，似乎很不耐烦。我现在太累了，根本没法换房间，但这绝对是令人无法接受的经历。
其实，这是一家很不错的酒店，员工友好又周到。可惜的是，我们入住期间，正好有一支青少年运动队，包括教练，有时还有家长，所以经常很吵，我们几乎没法使用任何设施（比如台球或台球）。不然，这里就五星级了……
