Excellent location, right next to I-95. Several restaurants within walking distance. Well-maintained hotel. Free breakfast. Very clean.

This was my second stay at Homewood Suites Viera, and it was a pleasure. Check in was easy on the Hilton app. Staff was friendly. I had a studio king bed room, and it was very clean and spacious. The layout was great! There was a full fridge, a two burner stove, and lots of kitchen and closet shelves/ storage space. A luggage rack was also in the closet, which I always appreciate. There was a nice island in the kitchen to prep food at or to sit and dine at with two available bar stools. The island also doubled as a nice desk area. On the other side of the room, there was a large living space with a couch and two stacked living room tables to use for dining or working in front of the couch/tv. Behind this space was the bed. The bed was comfy. My only minor complaint was that the tv is a bit small. I had to use my glasses to see the channel guide well, and I don’t normally need my glasses inside or to watch tv. But if the tv was larger, it might have been uncomfortable viewing it up close from the couch. So a minor detail. The tv had a lot of channels and all your usual apps, such as Netflix and prime. Apple TV was even included during my stay. The rooms were quiet. I was never bothered by my neighbors, which was a problem I had at a nearby area hotel. Definitely a plus for the business traveler or for the light sleeper. The lobby and breakfast area was a bright clean and modern space. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The hot food was tasty and slightly different every day, making it a nice variety during my week. The waffle machine was broken, however, so that was missed. But reportedly it is on the mend! The coffee was always hot and tasted fresh, which is a must for me! There was a nice pool area and a small outdoor seating and bbq area that I found to be a pleasant surprise. Better than expected. Parking was easy with lots of spaces around the hotel. The area feels safe. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and Publix is within a walkable distance. If interested in shopping, the hotel is not as close to the mall as some of the other area hotels, but it is a very short drive away, and it seems to be in an up and coming area. In fact, the hotel is fairly new, so it still has a fresh appeal. I had a great stay. This will be my go to in Viera. It is the perfect home away from home hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night pre cruise. We had two rooms for 4 adults total. We had one bedroom suites on the 3rd floor. Not only is this hotel brand new; however, the entire area is pretty much brand new. There is a restaurant, Wawa, CVS, winery and more... All within walking distance. Parking is plentiful and free. The Lobby is beautiful, with plenty of places to chill and relax. The breakfast is good. The room itself is very nice. A comfortable bedroom (we had two end units). The bathroom is small, but very efficient with the sink separated from the toilet/shower There is a nice sectional type couch and a full kitchen with all the extras you will need, including a full size refrigerator, washer/dryer and dishwasher. I was a bit surprised to see the dryer had a full size crack in the plastic door. The only major issue is that they really need to do something with the floors in the rooms. They are using some kind of almost snap together tiles. I actually like the flooring; however, the adhesive and/or glue is not sticking properly.

Brand new beautiful hotel. Smells fresh and everything is spotless. Breakfast is included and the breakfast tacos are AMAZING! The front desk staff were very attentive and took care of all our needs. We had hot a snag at another property and came over to Homewood, Dee the General Manager was just fantastic. She heard of our trouble and made sure our stay was perfect. Nothing like the personal touch of management to make you feel special and heard! We happened to check in on a Wednesday and they have an evening reception that has light bites and drinks, even a beer from the beer wall! How cool is that?!? This hotel met all our needs and then some. I would recommend this a 10 out of 10! We loved it and will be back for sure!

I was in town to visit the Kennedy Space Center, it is a short drive from here to the visitor center. One of the great things about this place is it was just opened in May 2025, everything is new! Anything you might need is either walkable from here or a short drive, CVS, Fords Garage, Chick-Fil-A, Publix and WaWa. It is in a very upscale area of the county.
