I will be staying here again! This hotel is new, so there’s a lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I stayed here. It was clean, and so pretty. I got a king suite, and it was the perfect amount of space. The kitchen had everything you could need. The living room was comfy and a good size. The bedroom/bathroom were great! The only downside was at 11pm, I realized I couldn’t sleep because I was sweating.. I had the air on 64, and the fan on high, and it was HOT. I stood in front of the air conditioner, and it sounded like it was on, but no air was flowing out… so it was a restless night.. I wish I had discovered it earlier and I would have said something. Over all, I will be staying here again, very nice and the staff was professional. My suggestion, check the air conditioner is working before you go to bed.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed on backside which overlooked a small park-like area, very quiet. Nice amenities, great shower. The closet is lighted and contains a nice size safe. There is also a Nespresso machine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning was whisper quiet. There is a smart tv with the most popular streaming apps. All the staff we encountered gave excellent service, from valet to front desk. They don't have a full service breakfast restaurant, but there is a small cafe serving coffee and pastries. And there are several other coffee and bakery shops nearby. We were there for a combination anniversary/birthday celebration and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Oak Steakhouse. The restaurant has an upscale yet casual atmosphere. The food was good and the service impeccable! They made our celebration dinner truly special.

This hotel is really beautiful and nice. I've stayed at a few others in the area but none with such a lovely staff valet was amazing I think her name was Maddy at the front desk was kind and helped us with everything we needed including sharing lots of detail about dinner.

房间宽敞、干净、现代，赏心悦目。多喷头淋浴真是太棒了！床很舒服，遮光窗帘让我们睡得更香。前台工作人员非常友好周到。总之，这是一个很棒的住宿地点。六楼的Oak Steakhouse牛排餐厅也非常棒。酒吧工作人员风趣幽默，服务周到，餐桌准备好后，服务员会过来接我们（无需传呼机）。经理和厨师会来到餐桌旁，确保我们每个人都满意。服务员也同样风趣幽默，服务周到。食物简直是人间美味，绝对美味！如果你来这里，千万不要错过日落时分的屋顶露台和酒吧……那里景色迷人，微风习习。这绝对是一个难忘的夜晚，我们一定会再来的！
我们度过了一段美好的时光！入住期间庆祝了我们的结婚纪念日，所有细节都令人惊喜。房间里有鲜花和个性化卡片。入住手续快捷便捷，客房设施现代时尚，采光充足，还有淋浴设施。酒店餐厅OAK也堪称完美。每道开胃菜、主菜、鸡尾酒和甜点都做得恰到好处，美味可口。工作人员服务周到高效。一定会再来的。
上周末我们在Hotel Avail度过了一段美好的时光。酒店很漂亮，充满活力，员工热情好客。我们也很喜欢它位于Uptown Rogers地区的位置，那里有很多适合全家一起玩的地方。
